Product Description

This seasoning made by concentrating the umami flavors of soy sauce and rice malt brings out the best in the ingredients.

We combined MOROMI NO SHIZUKU, a soy sauce made with whole soybeans featuring old-fashioned richness and aroma, and rice malt made with 100% Koshihikari brand rice grown in the Hokuriku region. An all-purpose seasoning with concentrated umami flavors.
