The steakhouse Rokkakudo was established in 1973 in Kanazawa, and has become a local fixture. This beef curry with garlic chips is themed after a curry served as a staff meal at Rokkakudo on Sundays. Rokkakudo Kitchen offers modestly luxurious menu items to be enjoyed at home.

This hearty curry is served with no fewer than four large chunks of beef, and is seasoned with just the right amount of spices, perfect for all ages. We add garlic chips in a separate packet so that Rokkakudo’s staff meal can be reproduced at homes.
