Kuzukiri is an ancient Japanese dessert. It is generally eaten with molasses, but we have combined kuzukiri with fruit. Kuzukiri arranged in a syrup with refreshing fruit juices is very juicy and highly recommended.

Serve well chilled. A new proposal for eating with chopsticks and forks.
