Fluffy dough generously mixed with yuzu peel made from Kanazawa yuzu rinds. This yuzu peel is crafted at Kanazawa's Kiyoshi Farm using discarded yuzu rinds. It's a product designed not only for deliciousness but also to reduce food waste.

With the concept of “doughnuts you want your children to eat,” these doughnuts are handmade from dough every day by mothers. No preservatives are added, and we carefully select and use local ingredients as much as possible, such as eggs and non-standard vegetables that we carefully select from our feed.
