We made these scones by hand with minimal additives so children can enjoy them with peace of mind. By using plenty of vegetables and fruit, we achieve a moist texture—a departure from the typically dry impression of scones.

Old fashioned Ohama soybean soybean flour

The crispy texture of the popular old fashioned dough is generously covered with fragrant Ohama soybean soybean kinako (soybean flour). Ohama soybeans are rare soybeans from Noto, also known as "phantom soybeans. You can enjoy the aromatic flavor of soybean flour.

Cake Donut Kanazawa Yuzu

Fluffy dough generously mixed with yuzu peel made from Kanazawa yuzu rinds. This yuzu peel is crafted at Kanazawa's Kiyoshi Farm using discarded yuzu rinds. It's a product designed not only for deliciousness but also to reduce food waste.
